Position: Design & Communications Intern for exciting Art business
Where: Kensington Olympia, London
Remuneration: Full time 3 month internship [expenses only] with option to win employment contract.

CAW Gallery Ltd is a UK based company, which is an exciting addition to the global art industry, already with a firm presence in Eastern Europe. We operate both as a traditional art gallery and also as an art marketing business.

The past few years of solid growth has enabled us to now expand by joint ventures into central Europe, Russia and now the UK.

The post suits a fresh ambitious organized creative, hungry to get their teeth into some real life projects and build professional experience. The successful applicant will be providing design solutions; marketing and curatorial support on a wide range of live projects for our roster of UK based artists and photographers.
Working alongside the entrepreneurial directors and our in-house art liaisons, this is an exciting time of growth with a globally promising art business that is breaking boundaries in a some-what close-knit community. This movement is set to shake-up the art world.
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain social media marketing strategies for CAW
• Design online exhibition invites, newsletters and related marketing material
• Support Art Liaisons with research, online marketing and admin tasks
• Use social media to promote our monthly pop-up shows and develop a growing database of
prospective clients
• Co-produce company promo videos for online distribution
Key Skills:
All candidates should possess the following:
• Strong creative design skills (both Mac & PC)
• Have your own laptop
• Good command of English (both spoken & written)
• Thorough understanding of social media marketing and implementing them
• Good knowledge of DTP and web design solutions
• Printing experience
• A portfolio of work that is viewable online is desirable
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Proactive
• Highly Organized with excellent attention to detail
• Able and willing to work under pressure
• Love of the arts
